Investments Ltd (Petition No. 224) Transferee Company and Unnati Financial Services Pvt Ltd (Petition No. 225) transferor Company and passed an order approving Scheme of Amalgamation of Unnati Financial Services Pvt Ltd (Transferor Company) with S.E. Investments Ltd (Transferee Company) on October 09, 2009.
The Certified copies of the order passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi were received by the respective Companies on October 31, 2009. The same which have been duty filed with the Registrar of Companies Delhi and Haryana in the prescribed form 21 and the same were approved by the said Registrar of Companies on November 04, 2009. |
